The Rayant Dental Discount Plan is an affordable dental program that offers reduced fees when you obtain eligible dental services from one of the participating dentists in our PPO Network.

By using participating dentists, you will only be required to pay the dentist that reduced fee and will not be balance-billed for charges above that amount.
